What do we collect?
Our quote form is the single form here. Required fields are your name, email address and the project's city or ZIP. You can also add the project type, approximate pad size, surface preference, timeline, whether HOA approval is needed, notes and photos. We don't ask for a phone number.
The cost estimator on our construction cost guide runs in your browser. What you enter there stays on your device and isn't sent to us.
How do we use it?
We use your details to review your project, reply by email and, if you want one, prepare a written scope and estimate. We may hold on to your request so any later estimate matches what you first described.
Do we share it?
Your personal information is never sold or passed to advertisers. Project details go only where they're needed to answer you and to do the work you request. That includes the court crew that visits your site or helps prepare your estimate. Our website host and email provider handle form data for us, which is what makes the form and replies function.
Do we use cookies or analytics?
Basic site analytics may show us which pages get read, so we can improve them. We look at those numbers by page, not by person. If we add advertising or other tracking tools, we'll name them here.
How long do we keep it?
Quote requests stay on file while they help us answer you or support a project that follows. You can ask us to delete your details sooner. We'll remove them unless we need a record of work already done.
How do you reach us about your data?
Use the quote form and put "privacy" in the notes field. Say whether you'd like a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion, and we'll answer by email.
Will this policy change?
Any change to how we handle your information will show up here, with a new date above.
