Get a Quote for Your Pickleball Court

Fill in one short form, and our email reply sets up the next step toward a written scope and itemized estimate. It covers new courts, HOA and club builds, tennis conversions, resurfacing, lighting and fencing anywhere in the Tulsa metro. Sending it costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

What happens after you send it?

We read your details and reply by email. For most projects, that reply has a few follow-up questions and an offer of a site visit. Slope, soil, drainage and truck access set the slab and base, and a form can't show those.

The visit produces two documents: a written scope and an itemized estimate. Site work, slab, surface, net, fence and lights each get their own line. Want a rough number first? Our construction cost guide lists published 2026 prices for each part.

What helps us price it?

None of this is required, but each item makes our first reply more useful:

  • Photos of the spot from each corner, plus close-ups of any cracks if there's an existing slab.
  • A note on slope, such as "drops about two feet toward the back fence."
  • Your HOA's rules on courts, fences and lights, if you have an HOA.
  • Your city. Tulsa, Broken Arrow and each suburb set their own fence and setback limits.

Will you need HOA approval?

Sending this form lets us use these details only to answer your request. Details are in our privacy policy.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need HOA approval before I ask?

No. Plenty of owners bring a written scope to the board as their first step. Because HOA approval stacks on top of city rules, an early check saves time.

Can I get a firm number without a site visit?

Not a firm one. Grading, soil and drainage move Tulsa court prices most, and they need eyes on the lot. The published ranges in our cost guide give you a starting budget, and the itemized estimate follows the visit.

Will you call me?

No. We reply by email, and the form doesn't ask for a phone number.
